Loot Rarities

Discover equipment bonuses and stronger potions. Both use six rarity names, but their chances and effects are different.

01
Equipment

Six rarities, unique bonuses

Eligible equipment receives a random rarity when generated through supported loot and reward drops. Common equipment stays unchanged; higher rarities receive distinct random attributes, plus base bonuses where applicable. These chances apply after the item drops: they do not increase its drop rate.

Equipment effects

What can your item gain?

Weapons

Gain base attack and random life leech or elemental damage attributes. Elite weapons receive exactly +9 base attack; other rarities use their bonus range.

Each elemental roll becomes flat damage: its percentage is applied to base attack plus the rarity attack bonus and any original elemental damage, then rounded down with a minimum of 1.

Armor and boots

Helmets, armor, legs and boots gain base armor. Their random attributes can include physical or elemental resistance and maximum health. Boots also receive a separate speed bonus within the rarity's bonus range.

Shields

Gain base armor and random elemental resistance attributes. The first random attribute is guaranteed to be an elemental resistance.

Required level

Rarity scales the item's base required level using the factor above, rounded up. A base level of at least 1 is used. For example, a level 20 item becomes level 40 at Elite and level 60 at Mythic.

Eligible accessories, ammunition and backpacks can also receive a category; base attack, armor and speed bonuses depend on item type.

03
Potions

Separate chances, stronger effects

Supported potions use the following independent rarity distribution. The multiplier scales the potion's effect: 220% means 2.2 times the normal effect, or a 120% increase.

Rarity and Forge tiers

Loot rarity

Common to Mythic

Equipment rarity controls random attributes, applicable base bonuses and required level. Potion rarity controls effectiveness using its own probabilities.

Forge tier

A separate upgrade system

Equipment upgrades through the Exaltation Forge are separate from the Common-to-Mythic rarity category. A rarity name is not a Forge tier.
